By downloading, installing, or using the Curaporta application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Curaporta. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Curaporta is a personal health organization platform that helps you:

• Log symptoms, vitals, and daily health check-ins
• Store, organize, and summarize medical records and documents
• Track medications, appointments, and health goals
• Generate AI-powered health insights and doctor-ready summaries
• Understand anonymized family health patterns to support prevention planning

The Service is intended for personal health organization and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device, a clinical diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional medical advice. See Section 05 for our full Health Disclaimer.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Where possible, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

To use most features of Curaporta, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with anyone
• Notify us immediately at support@curaporta.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. Curaporta will never ask for your password via email or chat.

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person is prohibited.

You may use Curaporta for your own personal, non-commercial health management. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or share content that is false, misleading, or intended to deceive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the Service to provide health advice or professional services to others
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize any part of the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice where necessary to protect the safety of users or the integrity of the platform.

Curaporta is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical assessments, or treatment recommendations.

All information, insights, and summaries generated by Curaporta — including AI-powered analysis — are for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.

Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or generated in Curaporta.

In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the US) immediately. Do not rely on Curaporta in an emergency situation.

Curaporta's AI features are designed to help you organize and understand your health information — not to replace clinical judgment. Outputs may contain errors or be incomplete. We strongly encourage you to review all summaries and insights with your healthcare provider before acting on them.

Curaporta's IP
The Curaporta name, logo, app design, software, features, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Curaporta. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Your Content
You own the health data and documents you upload to Curaporta. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Curaporta a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your health data.

Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us permission to use them without obligation or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Curaporta provides the Service "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.

Curaporta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or reliance on AI-generated insights.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Curaporta (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions. In those cases, the above limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

By you: You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. See our Delete Account page for instructions.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where possible, we will provide advance notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including the Health Disclaimer, Intellectual Property, and Limitation of Liability sections) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or our practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Sending a notification through the app or via email

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
